We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Oracle Sales and Business Development Manager to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development
within the Oracle ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong
relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
within the Oracle ecosystem.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead
generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them to understand
their needs and objectives.
Present QuatZ Technologies' Oracle solutions to prospective clients in a clear and compelling
manner.
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met and
projects are successfully delivered.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new
opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential
clients./li>
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Report on sales activities, progress, and pipeline to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on Oracle products
and services.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of Oracle solutions and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.;
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
